Hello

Hello and thanks for visiting my blog. I hope you find something yummy to make or I inspire you to get in the kitchen and create something wonderful. By day I work as a temperaure controls engineer doing commercial construction in Chicago. By night you can find me in the kitchen or at roller rink. I have recently begun my journey on a high carb low fat 100% plant based diet. I’m looking forward to all the new types of recipes I will be able to create. I do this for the animals, for the planet and for my own health. I hope you join me in this compassionate way of eating.
